so I'm off the steady diet of cupcakes...time for summer's miniskirts and wife beaters...which means hella yoga and a good cleanse...this time I'm doing a gall bladder flush...your gall bladder is where you hold anger...so it's time to flush it...start fresh and be good to myself...love and nurture...finally got the decks set up and am playing with the wax again...lovin it!!!
so anyway tonite is the gall bladder shake of grapefruit and olive oil...yum...actually it doesnt taste that bad...tomorrow tho I poop out the lil gall stones...I know TMI but hey shit happens
